The project consists on creating an area of new centrality between the municipalities of Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Molins de Rei and Pallejà.This area of new centrality lies tangent to the “Parc del Llobregat”, a protected but very neglected area due to its low accessibility.

Access from Barcelona is pretty fast if it is made on private transport. What is more doubtful is the access to the different municipalities from interurban roads. The size of the nodes are excessive and there are too many in a very short stretch of road.

The national road is released from most of the traffic, redirectioning it to other interurban roads. This permits the modification of the national road into an urban road. This changes the way of entering the site from the territory, since the change of function of the road produces changes in the other roads and in the nodes that articulate the net.

However, a new connection is established with Barcelona, comfortable and fast, which is the tram.It takes the trace of the Avinguda de Barcelona and joins the tram line Francesc Macià - Sant Feliu / Consell Comarcal.
