In the intersection between Corso Francia and Corso Marche, in Turin, Italy, there is an old building different from the others. It does not have a gabled roof and seems unfinished. This place has a very interesting position. From one side, it is located along a street that crosses all the city and offers emblematic views. From another side, it is located next to a Campus, which guarantees the continuous flow of people.

A multipurpose building is proposed. It is a student residence, offering the students and the temporary teachers single or double bedrooms with a common dining room. There are also some duplex apartments running independently from the student residence.

Everything is made with wood structure to minimize the structural impact on the existing building.
