The campus of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, in Castelldefels, is a growing set of university buildings located 20 minutes away from Barcelona.

In the spring semester it is projected an office building, using a modular system that permits to better organize the building program.

There is a double modulation: the interior of the building itself, and the open spaces that it creates.

This building faces to the central square from one side and to the lake on the other side. The access to the lake is also modified, to make it more comfortable to the user.
